This laser engraving is designed with high-precision accuracy for intricate designs and detail work. Its standard features allow for a smooth and precise engraving of materials, delivering a sharp, professional result.

Standard 3, 4 & 6mm medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is employed for the majority of our manufacturing process.

Orders under R1000 incur an additional R150 setup fee for a minimum order amount of R500.

FAQ’s

  • To accurately provide a quotation for customized wooden products, what information is required?
  1. Our laser engraving service uses advanced technology to provide precise artwork cutting and engraving. We can also work from your custom designs and provide a design fee for artwork that is not supplied. With an accuracy of 0.1mm, you are guaranteed exceptional quality.
  2. We provide the wood, or the customer can supply it.
  3. The dimensions of the wood and the size of the engraving can both be customized.
  • How long do orders typically take to process?

The typical turnaround time for engraving orders is 5-7 business days post design approval and payment. Complex or customized jobs may take longer. Requests for Pantone coloring take an additional 2 business days for the paint to mix. Therefore, bespoke painted cuts and panels should be expected to be ready within 7-10 working days. In cases with a rare wood element, customers should supply the wood themselves.

  • Can I provide my own timber for engraving?

Create long-lasting and beautiful designs with laser engraving. Bring your own timber and we will create a precise and vivid engraving that won't fade or degrade due to external factors. Our solutions are reliable and guaranteed to last.

  • Do size restrictions apply to my order with regards to cutting or engraving? 
The Laser Engraving machine has a maximum work area of 1.3m x 0.9m.
  • Is the thickness of material I can engrave or cut restricted?

Our laser engraving technology allows us to create precise cuts up to 9mm thickness in Engineered wood materials. For thicker requirements, we can carefully glue two pieces of wood together, though this will result in a visible seam. For best results, this method should only be used on engineered wood.

  • How can you easily mount singular letters or shapes onto a wall or flat surface?

Depending on the size of the sign, we use either visible aluminum stand-offs or inconspicuous screws mounted at the back to secure the engraving.
